The intention for what they work in this cellar is for the elaboration of wines of different gamma, but with the adjective of --wines of design-.
This is their basis and their philosophy.
To elaborate a wine of design it is necessary to be former or current on the fringe of all trends, and to be able to give him a stamp and own personality like this on their products.
We can say that they do not go without anything to be able to carry out their purpose: fermentations to the limit, extreme oenology, vintage, selection, elaboration, breeding... and a follow-up marries newspaper of each step before the exit to the market of these so special products.
Just in the litle years that they are in the market, they have already positioned in the first places of the W.O.
The technical director of the cellar is the recognized Ramon Vaca .
